Solution

Delivering a turnkey project:

The Anaerobic Digester at our client’s Snack Foods plant converts waste products into gas which is used to generate electricity that supplies the factory or can feed into the grid. The plant had been out of service for over a year whilst the site team investigated and defined several process improvements. Downtime at the plant had significant financial implications and getting the plant up and running was a priority.

Working together, the group delivered the implementation of the required improvements, including overall design, project management, controls design and development via Peak, instrument design, procurement, build and installation via Musk and electrical panel and site installation via Parker.

PCs were replaced for modern, reliable Thin Clients, and all applications, software and operating systems were
