The Digital Academy

The EJ Digital Academy supports our people, and our customers, to navigate the growing demands and disruption of today’s world.

We recognise that digitalisation involves more than just technology. To drive change, you need the right people with the right skills, knowledge, and insight. Our engineers are prepared to tackle existing and emerging challenges head-on. We prioritise training and development and focus on transferring our engineers’ extensive knowledge and experience into a shared digital environment.

The Digital Academy strengthens our commitment to upskill and reskill our people and to give everyone the opportunity to develop.  With the demand for technological skills to rise by more than 50% in the next decade (World Economic Forum), the digital academy supports further investment in apprenticeships and graduates and the training of existing employees in modern industrial technologies and emerging sustainability skills.

The Digital Academy programme is supported by a technology-focused hub located at the headquarters of EJ Peak Technology Solutions, part of the Edwin James Group. It is equipped with the latest complex hardware and software platforms used by our customers.

The Digital Academy is part of our wider EJ Academy programme that provides learning and development for colleagues at every level of our company.  The Academy has purpose-built, specialist training centres, throughout the UK.
