Parker Technical Services provide mechanical, process and electrical design & build for a new manufacturing facility at in Hatton, Derbyshire.

History

The client required an experienced contractor to provide mechanical, process and electrical design & build for a new manufacturing facility at their existing site in Hatton, Derbyshire.

 

Solution

The works included infrastructure building services, followed by a process fit-out contract including all process cabling, instrumentation, stainless steel pipework, motor control panels and extension data network cabling.

Parker’s work involved the installation services testing & commissioning of the following:

•Heating & Ventilation
•LV Distribution
•Stainless steel pipework
•Lighting & emergency lighting
•Fire & security services
•Process & general power
•Network communications
•Control panels
•Mains switchgear
•Containment systems and specialist supports

Result

This project required extensive planning, and the Parker team worked closely with the client’s project management teams to meet the strict timescales to enable contractual production commitments to be achieved.

Parker’s site management team and dedicated workforce were critical to the success of the project, providing a flexible labour resource for the complex project.
