Parker Technical Services provide Mechanical and Engineering services within a multi million pound refurbishment and extension development.
History
Parker was appointed as part of the renovation and extension of an existing Hotel into a luxurious 5-star hotel development in Inverness.
Originally a 19th century house, works involved the restoration of the Grade B listed building whilst retaining many of its periodic features. Unified with modern design and architecture the restoration providing a flawless balance between past and present.
Solution
Parker was appointed to deliver the M&E services within the multi million pound refurb and extension development.
The project was particularly challenging due to the accelerated programme driven by works having to be complete prior to the busy tourist summer season beginning, as well as the challenges of working within the existing building for example, routing services.
Results
The works were completed on time and within budget.
