Scottish HQ for multinational energy and services company
Parker Technical Services was appointed by the client, a British multinational energy and services company, to help create a state-of-the-art, stand out space for the company’s Scottish headquarters.
History
When the client’s Scottish headquarters in Edinburgh was earmarked for improvement works, a bespoke solution representative of the company’s global brand was developed for the main reception space.
Parker Technical Services was engaged to bring the new reception design to life and help create a more welcoming space for employees and visitors to enjoy.
Solution
Over the course of eight weeks, Parkers team of engineers installed a new reception and concierge desk including feature graphic wall art, bespoke free-standing partitions, LED feature lighting, new floor coverings, seating and tables.
The bulk of the custom-made furniture, including Rivelimagnetic shelving and SpacestorPalisades was specified by the client and procured from America. This presented logistics and delivery challenges to meeting the programme.
Regular communication with the client ensured they were fully appraised on progress and regular feedback was sought. This clear and direct communication between both parties was crucial to the success of the project
