Site Manager

• Daily management of all required work programmes in line with service level agreements (SLA’s) and key performance indicators (KPI’s)
• Be the go to contact for various stakeholders onsite whilst managing your skilled team
• Ensure H&S systems are adhered to by the delivery team and that RAMS are in place and that
• Build and maintain effective and positive working relationships with the clients various business unit across the site
• Effective P&L management, delivering profitability
• Drive performance improvements in customer service, operational services, and productivity through the effective management, training, and development of the Musk team onsite
• Reinforce ways to ensure competitive advantage through encouraging the delivery of value-added services to the client
• Development of staff to ensure maximum productivity and delivery of services to the client complies with SLA’s and KPI’s
• Management and control of resources to deliver planned and reactive maintenance services to the client
• Ensure that the Health and Safety objectives are implemented consistently throughout the business; promote a corporate approach and lead by example
• To ensure that all agreed KPI targets are met and that sufficient resource is in place to deliver to the terms of the contract
• To analyse stats regularly and forecast any areas of potentially poor performance and ensure corrective action plans are put in place and delivered
• To actively look for ways in which the service could be improved

• Have a proven track record in a management role working in a multi-disciplined utilities Maintenance Services industry
• Management or supervision experience in client facing, fast moving manufacturing environments
• Able to identify and implement innovative and effective business improvements within the area your team delivers

• It’s expected that the right person will be qualified within an electrical or mechanical discipline to at least through an apprenticeship level with management training (NVQ/C&G)
• Industry training qualifications
