Mechanical Maintenance Mate

We have an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Maintenance Mate to work on an industrial brewery site carrying out electrical and mechanical preventive maintenance duties throughout the site and at its local storage depot on-site in Keighley.

Working as part of the Musk on-site team, you will carry out the electrical and mechanical maintenance across the brewery site including attending breakdowns, carrying out overhauls on machinery, completing remedial correctives and improving the plant availability and reliability.
Working Hours: 40 Hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7.30am – 4.00pm. You will be required to cover site hours between 2.00pm – 10.00pm Monday-Friday on rotation between other members of the team.
Skills and Experience
It would be advantageous for you to have a maintenance background within an industrial environment and experience of working on some of the following equipment:
- Water heating systems
- Screw conveyors
- Belt conveyors
- Pneumatic transfer systems
- Couplings (including fluid/powder)
- Mechanical strainers
- Diverter drives
- Centrifugal and PD pumps
- Chain drives
It is essential you are working towards a mechanical qualification (e.g. City & Guilds / BTEC / NVQ3).
Proof of eligibility to work in the UK will be required.
