Head of Maintenance

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our Company as the Head of Maintenance Services. You will work to develop and enhance the maintenance business model to further improve our service capabilities, business growth and technology development stream.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for all maintenance services within Musk Process Services. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will develop and enhance the maintenance business model providing competitive quotations and costings for department activities. You will be required to manage business priorities and set departmental workloads within the maintenance stream.

By positively leading your team providing support and high-quality leadership, you will ensure all work is carried out in line with Musk systems and processes, together with ensuring ISO standards are adhered to. You will also ensure staff competencies are current and compliance with appropriate standards is maintained at all times.

It is important you undertake training and development to ensure your knowledge remains relevant with current engineering legislation.

Skills and Experience

You should have a proven record of managing maintenance activities within industrial engineering maintenance environments, either Electrically or Mechanically focused, together with a good understanding of process engineering.

You must be either Electrically or Mechanically qualified (minimum of HNC). Chartered engineer status is desirable.
