We have an excellent opportunity for an Electrician/Tester to join our on-site team working on an industrial refinery site in East London.

Key Responsibilities

Working as part of the Musk on-site team, you will be carrying out periodic inspection and testing across the site, together with, completing remedial tasks identified from testing and fault finding.  You will also be required to support electrical planned maintenance team.

Working Hours: 40 Hours per week (Monday-Friday 6.45am – 3.15pm). Overtime may be required.

 

Skills and Experience

You should have a strong electrical background together with experience of working within industrial environments.  You should have previous experience of carrying out periodic inspection and testing and be familiar with:

  • 110v, 240v and 415v – 3 phase equipment
  • Safe isolation procedures
  • Safe working practices such as Permit to work, Risk Assessments etc.

Some experience of inputting data onto the electronic certification software (Fast Test) would be advantageous, not essential.

It is essential you posses an electrical qualification (i.e. City & Guilds / BTEC / NVQ3) together with City & Guilds 18th Edition and City and Guilds 2391 (2394/2395)

Proof of eligibility to work in the UK will be required.
