Currently we have a new job opportunity for an experienced Mobile Fabric Maintenance Engineer, covering our clients sites across the Milton Keynes / Northampton region working with our prestige client at their various sites attending to breakdowns and other maintenance requirements as directed by our helpdesk

The successful candidate will carry out the day to day up keep of the building fabric across a pre defined area and number of  sites across the North London area

 

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for planned and reactive  maintenance within retail and commercial premises including plumbing, painting, decorating and carpentry

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide reactive support as well as planned maintenance activities
  • Complete any assigned works to a high standards as required
  • Customer focused and able to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Ability to read Engineering diagrams and drawings
  • Understanding of Health and Safety Procedures and legislation and safe working practices
  • Ability to work as part of a team and under own initiative
  • Ability to fault find and problem solve

 

Skills & Experience

We value everyone’s skills and experiences but for this role are looking for people who can demonstrate:

  • Recognised trade qualifications (NVQ/BTEC/C&G).
  • Proficient in Painting and decorating • Carpentry • Plastering • Plumbing
  • Experience of working as a Mobile Fabric Engineer within building services industry
  • Current UK Driving License
