We are extremely passionate about developing our people within the Edwin James Group, with three purpose-built Academy spaces across the UK, we have the facilities to support you in developing your practical skills whilst attending your apprenticeship programme!
We have a variety of exciting opportunities that we are exploring this year with Scotland covering trades such as Mechanical & Electrical, with our England business covering these and additional frameworks such as Fabrication, Pipefitting & Welding and Automation Controls, there is something for everyone.
You will be given the opportunity during your four-year apprenticeship to explore several different projects, with no one day being the same.

It doesn’t just stop there, during the process of your apprenticeship our Academy team will engage with you to better understand any other opportunities that may be available and set you off on your tailor-made career pathway. This may involve a range of different development programmes dependant on your trade discipline and skill set.
