Currently we have a new opportunity for a number of Electricians based from our site in Inverness and working in the surrounding area.
- You will be carrying out maintenance and installation work on a range of client sites across the Inverness region on both public and private sector construction projects
- To carry out and complete all works to a high standard, in a competent manner and to leave the site of works in a clean and tidy condition
- Possess practical, productive and electrical engineering skills with adequate technical knowledge
- Set out jobs from drawings and specifications and requisition the necessary installation materials
- To liaise with other staff and external contractors in a positive and cooperative manner and as necessary to ensure the timely and proper completion of works to support reasonable operational expectations
- To ensure appropriate and timely completion of all paperwork, job/time sheets and certification and its recording within established archive and filing systems
- To work with the line manager and provide advice and information relating to technical matters
- To act at all times in accordance with the Group’s rules, policies, procedures and ethos

- Qualified to a required level for each level, Apprentice trained etc
- Competency to carry out all electrical works required, including inspection and testing
- Demonstrable team leader skills within their own team
- The ability to work to site health and safety requirements
- Relevant site experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with contractors and employees at all levels
- Ability to follow strict health and safety procedures/writing of safety plans
- A strong knowledge of current industry regulations & standards
